(1) Pets may be present on the premises with the following restrictions: (a) pets shall be kept out of the kitchen food preparation and dining areas during food preparation and service to the public;(b) pets shall be kept out of the laundry area during its use; and(c) birds shall be kept out of the kitchen, dining and laundry areas at all times and be kept away from forced air ducts and heating system areas.Mont.
