Rule 37.111.130 - GUEST REGISTRATION(1) Each establishment must maintain a register of all overnight guests, including name and contact information of the guest and unit to which the guest was assigned.(2) Guest registration must be kept available for at least one year for communicable disease investigations or other public health reasons.Mont.
