Rule 37.110.307 - INSPECTIONS(1) The local health officer, registered sanitarian, or sanitarian-in-training employed by or contracted with the local board of health must perform an inspection of each wholesale food establishment within the jurisdiction of the local board of health at least once every 12 months.
