Rule 37.100.119 - ADULT FOSTER CARE HOMES (AFCH): APPLICATION OF OTHER RULES
(1) To the extent that other licensure rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapter 3 conflict with the terms of this subchapter, the terms of this subchapter apply to an AFCH.
