Rule 36.30.104 - COMPLIANCE WITH CHANGE AUTHORIZATION STATUTE(1) The department shall comply with the requirements of 85-2-402, MCA, prior to marketing water for a beneficial use at a project if stored water was not put to the proposed beneficial use prior to the effective date of this rule, at that project.
