Rule 36.25.902 - ACCOUNTABLE PARTIES(1) The board adopts the rules in this subchapter to provide the Trust Land Management Division of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation with consistent policy, direction, and guidance when selecting and implementing real estate projects on state trust lands.
