Rule 36.15.202 - BOARD APPROVAL OF LOCAL REGULATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT
(1) Copies of all regulations and administrative and enforcement procedures proposed to be adopted by a political subdivision to meet the requirements of the Act and these rules shall be sent to the department for approval by the board.
(2) The department will notify the political subdivision by letter of board approval or disapproval.
(3) Any changes to the regulations or administrative and enforcement procedures proposed to be adopted by a political subdivision shall be sent to the department for approval by the board.
