Rule 36.12.211 - DISQUALIFICATION OF HEARING EXAMINER(1) Upon the filing in good faith by a party of an affidavit of disqualification of hearing examiner, the director shall determine the matter as a part of the record provided the affidavit is filed no later than 10 days prior to the original date set for hearing, and states the facts and reasons for the belief that the hearing examiner should be disqualified.Mont.
