Rule 36.11.401 - ACCOUNTABLE PARTIES

(1) The trust land management DIVISION of the department of natural RESOURCES AND CONSERVATION shall implement the rules as outlined in this sub-chapter to provide field personnel with consistent policy, direction, and guidance for the management of forested state trust lands.
