Rule 32.6.902 - WHEN HORSES TO BE CONDEMNED(1) All horses found upon either ante-mortem or post-mortem inspection to be affected with strangles, purapura hemorrhagica, azoturia, infectious equine encephalomyelitis, toxic encephalomyelitis (forage poisoning), infectious anemia (swamp fever), dourine, acute influenza, generalized osteoporosis, glanders, farcy or other malignant disorder, acute inflammatory lameness or extensive fistula, must be condemned.(2) Any horse which is suspected on ante-mortem inspection of being infected with glanders or dourine must be held for further examination or for such tests as the department may prescribe.Secs. 81-2-102, MCA; IMP, Secs. 81-2-102, MCA;
