Rule 32.4.902 - BREAKING OF QUARANTINE(1) No person may remove any quarantined animal from a quarantine area or bring any animals into an active quarantine area without the permission of the department.(2) Violation of the terms of the quarantine is punishable by 81-2-113, MCA, and other applicable provisions of the MCA.
