Rule 32.3.502 - OFFICIAL TRICHOMONIASIS TESTING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS(1) Except as provided in ARM 32.3.212, the following test-eligible bovines must be negative T. foetus bulls: (a) imported into Montana; or (b) sold, loaned, leased, or otherwise acquired in trichomoniasis epizootic areas in Montana; or(c) originating from trichomoniasis epizootic areas in Montana; or (d) from exposed herds within 45 days of notification unless otherwise agreed upon by the state veterinarian.
