Rule 32.3.1404 - RETESTING OF REACTOR HORSES(1) The department of livestock may require or recommend a retest of an EIA reactor to confirm infection or identification of the animal. In cases where a confirmatory test is conducted, the final determination of infection shall be delayed until the results of the confirmatory test are available. The animal on which a confirmatory test is to be conducted shall be placed under an official hold order until the results of the confirmatory test are available.Mont. Admin. r. 32.3.1404
