Rule 32.3.1304 - RETENTION OF IDENTIFICATION(1) The owner of the flock (or his or her agent) must maintain and retain for a minimum of 5 years after removal of an animal from a flock that animal's individual identification number (from the ear tag, electronic implant, tattoo, or ear tattoo) and any secondary form of identification and information the owner or his or her agent may choose to maintain.Mont.
