Rule 32.15.602 - RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS(1) Brand mortgages and assignments must be renewed every five years commencing on January 1, 1983 and every five years thereafter.(2) Renewal requirements are: (i) a completed notice of continuation of brand mortgage; and(ii) the appropriate filing fee paid to the department.(3) The mortgage will be terminated if not renewed prior to the deadline.Mont.
