Rule 24.9.1506 - CONCILIATION(1) A conciliation agreement shall be a written agreement between the respondent and the complainant, and shall be subject to approval of the department on behalf of the commission.(2) Conciliation agreements shall be made public unless the charging party and the respondent otherwise agree and the department or commission determines that the agreement involves a privacy interest entitled to protection by law.Mont.
