Rule 24.9.102 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY AND THE COMMISSION(1) For complaints of discrimination filed with the department, the Human Rights Bureau will conduct the informal investigation into the allegations contained in the complaint. The Office of Administrative Hearings will conduct contested case proceedings.
