Rule 24.40.907 - FOREIGN TRAVEL(1) The department may deny benefits if the claimant is residing in or is traveling to or in a foreign country.(2) The department may allow benefits to be paid to a claimant who resides in or travels to a country that has executed a reciprocal agreement with the United States government regarding unemployment insurance.
