Rule 24.301.131 - INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE OF INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE(1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference the International Building Code, 2021 edition, unless another edition is specifically stated, together with Appendix Chapter C (Group U - Agricultural Buildings).(2) The IBC is a nationally recognized model code setting forth minimum standards and requirements for building design, construction, alteration, and repair. The IBC also provides a framework for program administration.(3) A copy of the IBC may be obtained from the International Code Council at www.ICCsafe.org.Mont. Admin. r. 24.301.131
