Rule 24.29.604 - MONTANA SELF-INSURERS GUARANTY FUND-ACCEPTANCE REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE EMPLOYERS OR PRIVATE GROUPS(1) The department will exchange all information with the guaranty fund pertinent to the department's review of the application.(2) The guaranty fund shall demonstrate its concurrence or nonconcurrence with department approval of a private plan no. 1 applicant by submitting in writing to the department, a formal acceptance or denial of the plan no. 1 applicant.Mont.
