(1) The rank order of labor organization names to be placed on the ballot will be determined during the pre-election hearing. The currently recognized labor organization shall always be on the ballot unless otherwise agreed. "No Representation" will always be listed as the last choice.(2) Only those labor organizations which have been designated by more than 10% of the employees in the unit shall be placed on the ballot.(3) Absentee ballots shall not be allowed.Mont.
