Rule 24.26.647 - PROCEDURE FOLLOWING FILING OF PETITION FOR DECERTIFICATION
(1) The board shall direct an investigation of all questions and facts concerning the proposed decertification and shall have the following options:
(a) to direct a hearing if deemed appropriate, after which the election and a pre-election conference shall be scheduled; or
(b) to schedule the election and a pre-election conference.
(2) An election will be held only after the existing unit has been determined, and an election is found to be warranted.
