Rule 24.26.503 - INFORMAL RESOLUTION OF APPEALS(1) The board encourages the State Human Resources Division and state employees to attempt to resolve appeals through an informal procedure as prescribed by the State Human Resources Division before initiating the formal appeals procedure.
