Rule 24.26.1052 - MERGERS AND CONSOLIDATIONS(1) When national, regional, or state-wide labor organizations with local affiliates merge, combine or consolidate in accordance with their respective by-laws and constitutions, the merged, combined or consolidated labor organization shall have the same rights, duties and privileges under law as its predecessor organizations.
