Rule 24.25.306 - NOTICE OF UNIT DETERMINATION PROCEEDINGS(1) The board shall require the employer to post in a conspicuous manner a notice of unit determination proceedings. Such notice shall be provided by the board and shall remain posted for a period of 20 days.(2) The employer shall confirm in writing to the board that it has received, posted, and shall continue posting of the notice for the required 20 days.Mont.
