Rule 24.25.304 - PETITIONS FOR NEW UNIT DETERMINATION AND ELECTION(1) A petition for new unit determination and election shall be filed with the board by an employee or a representative of a group of employees in accordance with ARM 24.26.612.(2) The board shall serve a copy of the petition upon the other party to the petition.Mont.
