Rule 24.183.302 - DIRECT SUPERVISION(1) The term "direct supervision" means the licensee, by regular participation, has exercised directing, guiding and restraining power on matters embodied in the plans, designs, and advice involved in the engineering or land surveying work and accepts responsibility for the contents.
