Rule 24.174.805 - CHANGE OF PHARMACIST-IN-CHARGE OR PERSON-IN-CHARGE(1) When service as the pharmacist-in-charge of a pharmacy ends, the pharmacist is responsible for notifying the board in writing of such termination of services.(2) Within 10 days of termination of services of the pharmacist-in-charge, a new pharmacist-in-charge must be designated in writing on the appropriate board-approved form and filed with the board.(3) The requirements in (1) and (2) apply to a person-in-charge for other facilities licensed by the board for which a pharmacist is not required to be the person-in-charge.Mont.
