Rule 24.174.802 - NEW PHARMACY(1) Prior to conducting business, a pharmacy must secure a license and be registered with the board. Application for a license to operate a new pharmacy must be reviewed by the board or its designee before the license may be issued.(2) A corporation or unregistered owner, may secure a license on the affidavit of the registered pharmacist charged with the management and supervision of the pharmacy.(3) All new pharmacies shall be in compliance with ARM 24.174.801 and ARM 24.174.814 at the time the pharmacy is opened for business.Mont.
