Rule 24.147.409 - CHANGE OF MORTICIAN-IN-CHARGE OR CREMATORY OPERATOR-IN-CHARGE(1) When there is a change of mortician-in-charge at a mortuary or branch establishment or a crematory operator-in-charge at a crematory, the following must occur: (a) the mortician or crematory operator who has ceased to be the person-in-charge will be held responsible for notifying the board of termination of services; and (b) the mortuary or branch establishment or crematory must designate a new person-in-charge and notify the board within ten days. (2) The notifications described in (1) must be done using forms provided by the department.Mont. Admin. r. 24.147.409
