Rule 24.121.605 - SCHOOL BONDS(1) School applicants must obtain a bond or other security for each course in the amount of $5000. The bond or other security may only be used to refund prepaid tuition to enrolled students if the school ceases to operate or is unable to complete the course of instruction.(2) Schools must submit proof of continuous annual renewal of the bond or other security.Mont.
