Rule 23.3.703 - TIME FOR REGISTRATION(1) Except for purposes of multiple vehicle registration, persons shall register their vehicles only during the anniversary period assigned to their respective motor vehicle. Any late registration of motor vehicles is subject to the fines and penalties provided by law.
