Rule 23.3.560 - THIRD-PARTY CDL SKILLS TESTING PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY(1) Entities as described in 61-5-118, MCA, are eligible to apply and enter into an agreement with the division to conduct skills testing for CDL applicants.
