Rule 23.2.125 - HEARING EXAMINERS(1) An examiner may conduct hearings. As a duly authorized agent of the motor vehicle division, he "may administer oaths and may issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of relevant books and papers and may require a reexamination of the licensee" under section 61-5-206(3) MCA.IMP, 61-5-206(3) MCA, Eff. 12/31/72.
