Rule 23.19.401 - DEFINITIONS(1) "Department" means the Montana Department of Justice.(2) "Panel" means a three-member arbitration panel.(3) Reference to "days" as a time for the performance of any act under this chapter shall mean calendar days, unless otherwise specified.(4) "Manufacturer" includes a designee of the manufacturer.Mont.
