Rule 23.16.508 - CHANGES IN MANAGERS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS
(1) Except as provided in (2) and ARM 23.16.510, any change in location managers, officers, or directors must be reported to the department within 30 days of the date of change.
(2) Any gambling operator holding an alcoholic beverage license issued under 16-4-201(8), MCA, to military clubs, veterans' organizations, or fraternal organizations must report any change in officers or directors no later than the licensee's next license renewal application.
(3) Any gambling operator holding an alcoholic beverage license issued under 16-4-201(8), MCA, to military clubs, veterans' organizations, or fraternal organizations must report any change in officers or directors no later than the licensee's next license renewal application.
(4) New location managers, officers, and directors shall submit a personal history statement and a complete set of fingerprints (Forms 10 and FD-258).
