Rule 23.16.2304 - MODIFICATIONS TO APPROVED EQUIPMENT(1) A modification to approved electronic live bingo or keno equipment that alters the operation of the equipment must be submitted to the department for examination and approval before installation.(2) At the time the modification is submitted to the department, the manufacturer shall pay a fee of $200 to cover the actual cost of examining the modification. An overpayment or underpayment of the fee will be processed as provided for in ARM 23.16.2303(2).(3) Any previously approved equipment subject to a modification must meet the specifications in effect at the time the modification is submitted to the department.Mont.
