Rule 23.16.206 - PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION(1) Except as provided in (2) and the Criminal Justice Information Act (Title 44, chapter 5, MCA), the department shall release information in its possession upon a case-by-case evaluation of whether the individual right to privacy clearly exceeds the merits of public disclosure.(2) With regard to information obtained in the application or tax reporting processes, the department shall release information in conformance with 23-5-115, MCA, and 23-5-116, MCA.Mont.
