Rule 23.16.1924 - PROHIBITED MACHINES(1) Any machine which, in substance, simulates the game of video poker, keno, bingo, or video line games, without conforming to the requirements of the act or these rules and is placed in service for play by the public is prohibited. Entertainment displays are allowed as provided in ARM 23.16.1907A.(2) Except as provided in ARM 23.16.2001, a person who owns or operates a machine described in (1) is in violation of the act, these rules and Title 23, chapter 5, MCA. The civil and criminal penalties provided in those titles shall apply.Mont. Admin. r. 23.16.1924
