Rule 23.16.1905 - SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS(1) A VGM must include the following hardware specifications: (a) All electrical and mechanical parts and design principles shall follow acceptable industrial codes and standards in both design and manufacture.(b) A VGM shall be designed to ensure that the player will not be subjected to any physical, electrical, or mechanical hazards.Mont.
