Rule 23.15.504 - CONFIDENTIALITY(1) The office of victim services will protect the confidentiality of application materials and a participant's substitute address.(2) A victim's application materials and substitute address will only be disclosed if: (a) requested by a law enforcement agency; or(b) ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.Mont.
