Rule 23.12.905 - PROCEDURE FOR CRIME LABORATORIES TO USE THE SEXUAL ASSAULT KIT TRACKING SYSTEM(1) Within 72 hours of receiving a kit from a law enforcement agency, a crime laboratory shall update a kit's status in the tracking system.
