Rule 20.7.804 - EASTMONT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TREATMENT PROGRAM(1) The department shall establish a chemical dependency treatment program for the custody, supervision, counseling, and treatment of eligible offenders in the facility in Glendive, Montana. The department shall choose a contractor to operate the program.
