Rule 20.7.501 - DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(1) "Department" means the Department of Corrections.

(2) "Prerelease center" means a residential facility for adult offenders located in a community which offers offenders room and board, supervision, counseling, and treatment.
