Rule 20.27.258 - INMATE WORK PROGRAMS(1) The facility must have written policy, procedure and practice that: (a) require all able-bodied inmates to work unless assigned to an approved education or training program; and(b) provide that inmates receive pay comparable to that received by inmates in the department's adult correctional facilities.Mont.
