Rule 20.27.219 - BACKGROUND/CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK(1) The facility must obtain a background investigation criminal record check on all new employees in accordance with department requirements to detect any criminal convictions that relate specifically to job performance.(2) The facility may not hire any person with a prior felony conviction without department approval.Mont.
