Rule 20.27.216 - MEDIA ACCESS(1) The facility must have written policy, procedure and practice which: (a) allow representatives of the media access to the facility consistent with preserving inmates' right to privacy and maintaining order and security; and(b) provide for the dissemination of information about the facility to the public, governmental agencies, and the media.Mont.
