Rule 2.59.2023 - FORM TO REPORT DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS(1) Mutual associations shall use the List of Officers and Directors form dated July 9, 2021, which is located on the department's website at banking.mt.gov to report the directors and officers elected at the annual meeting and the board meeting to the department. The form shall be submitted to the department within 30 days of the date of the last meeting at which an election of officers or directors was held.
