Rule 2.59.1714 - FAILURE TO CORRECT DEFICIENCIES(1) In addition to all other enforcement actions allowed by Montana law, the department may suspend or revoke a license pursuant to Title 2, chapter 4, part 6, MCA, of an entity that does not correct the deficiencies found by the department after an examination and within the time granted by the department.Mont.
