Rule 2.5.510 - INTENT TO AWARD(1) For all invitations to bid and requests for proposals, the division or state agency shall electronically post an intent to award prior to awarding a contract.(2) The intent to award shall be posted publicly for no less than seven days to allow for public review and comment.
